FR. GIL CASIO, SM

Marist | Missionary | Priest

Fr. Gil Casio, S.M., is a dedicated Marist priest who has devoted his life to serving humanity. He answered the call to join the Society of Mary in 2001 and was ordained as a priest in 2009. His pastoral ministry has taken him to various locations, deepening his understanding of diverse community needs.

 

In 2012, Fr. Gil embarked on a mission to the Thailand-Myanmar border, dedicating over eight years of ministering to Burmese migrants affected by HIV/AIDS. Today, he plays essential roles within the Marist community, nurturing future missionaries' spiritual growth and managing resources for the Marist mission as the Bursar of the District of the Marist Fathers in Asia.

 

Beyond the Church, Fr. Gil serves as a Private Sector Representative to the Regional Development Council, emphasizing his commitment to positive community change. His work with the Foundation of Balay Pasilungan exemplifies the Marist vocation's essence, showcasing the impact of faith, service, and compassion on countless lives. Support Fr.
